selective as to which vacancies he or she works upon, as it
is essential that the vacancy offers some opportunity for progression
or personal growth in order that it will appeal to the best
candidates in the market place.

Quality companies - Guided Solutions do not work with employers who are unwilling to pay a fair fee for the service provided, as in our experience these companies tend to provide a poor working environment and limited opportunity for training and development.
