Before
the search process begins, a GS Executive
consultant undertakes a comprehensive client
consultation; each consultant has extensive
recruitment and selection experience coupled
with executive or non-executive commercial
experience. Finding
the right candidate is not simply a matter
of matching need with personal qualification,
it is also a question of ensuring there is
an accord between the company and the individual. More significantly,
because of the background of a GS Executive consultant, their focus
is on finding not only the right candidate but also the right employee.
Following the consultation, the research
is undertaken to identify potential targets, following which an approach
is made in a manner as persuasive as it is professional. Face to face
meetings precede all applications and testing can be arranged where
requested or deemed necessary.
