Honesty – Too often lacking from a recruitment office, however this most essential of factors is of paramount importance to everyone at Guided Solutions.

Fun – Our internal working environment is not without stress though we combat this with a high energy, positive and fun environment. Everyone works better with a positive, happy frame of mind.

Hard working – Hardworking does not have to equate to bullishness or aggression. At Guided Solutions, our consultants are naturally hardworking. We have no internal targets for our staff to govern productivity we just employ professionals with self-motivation.

Listen – Most recruiters talk incessantly and either don’t listen or simply can’t. Our recruiters listen. If we listen to our clients, they tell us how to find the right candidate and if we listen to our candidates, they tell us where their next job is.
