All Guided Solutions' consultants are thoroughly trained in the skills required to operate as a direct search consultant. A direct search consultant possesses different skills to a selection consultant, as he or she is able to identify individuals currently employed though not known to other recruiters, as they have not “registered” their CV with other recruiters.

This profile of individual is undeniably a more suitable candidate & future employee, as they will only change employment for a suitable opportunity as opposed to most job seekers who change employment through necessity.

A Guided Solutions' search consultant operates to a strict 30-stage process therefore ensuring that a quality, methodical structure is maintained with every search we undertake.

Critical to our search is a quality “Job Order”. This is a truly consultative stage in our process, as your account manager will assist in the identification of your desired candidate profile. This is achieved by examining in detail your specific hiring needs, the historical hiring traits within the immediate team along with corporate and long-term objectives. As a healthcare specialist your account manager will further assist this profile identification by drawing upon the wealth of experience from operating within this sector.

Once the ideal candidate profile has been developed, your account manager will agree a “road map” which will define where the ideal candidate will be working now.

Your account manager will then identify, contact, screen and profile each individual from the list. This will include individuals known to Guided Solutions from its database along with those identified through fresh research.

Once completed, detailed feedback on all contacted individuals, along with CV’s and interview notes for qualified and interested candidates will be provided in readiness for interview.

Once the candidate is invited to interview, your account manager will continue to communicate to both parties throughout the process.
