My client are an impressive organisation with exceptional growth in recent years and an enviable market position in each of their specialist therapies.
Due to internal movement they are currently recruiting for an individual to lead all of the pricing and re-imbursement activities at a country level through the management of 10 regional market access managers.
With product launch / new licence on their two key pharmaceutical business unitscurrently, opportunities to maximise pricing, re-imbursement and access are exceptionally prevelant and the right individual will display a successful track record includingthe following skills / experience:
•An excellent understanding of Health Economics, Market Access and/or Pricing and Reimbursement in the UK
•Direct experience of developing National Market Access strategies for new products and new indications for the UK
•Direct experience of a hospital product launch in the UK
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
•Strong commercial insight with pharmaceutical industry experience
•Strong customer-facing experience (e.g. sales, key account management, commercial management, reimbursement and access management, scientific liaison)
•Proven ability to identify opportunities and effectively develop and deploy solutions from concept to outcome
•Demonstrable project management skills
